Flicku is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Follow other dancers and creators
• Like, save, and comment on videos
• Customize their profiles with avatars and bios
• Use boost services to increase video visibility
• Interact with the dance community

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Flicku. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

Community Guidelines

Flicku is a community for dance enthusiasts. We expect all users to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other dancers
• Share authentic dance content
• Provide constructive feedback in comments
• Report inappropriate content or behavior
• Respect copyright and intellectual property

In-App Purchases and Boost Services

Flicku offers in-app purchases including:

• Virtual coins for boost services
• Video boost packages to increase visibility

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Boost services provide estimated results and actual performance may vary based on content quality and timing.

Intellectual Property

The Flicku App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:
